Actually, you don't need VB to do this in Outlook. Just compose your message and hit View | Options. Then click "Do Not Deliver Before" and pick your time. I think it is about 1/2 hour resolution... If your "condition" is coming in over a serial port look at NetPorter at http://www.al-williams.com/awce/netporter.htm - Java so it should work anywhere there is javax although we only officially support Windows. It can take serial input, parse it and provide it via Web, e-mail, file output, or it can FTP it somewhere else. It also allows a telnet channel back to the device (optionally).
