'[OT]: Slow startup of 12CE5XX at < 200 kHz'
This is a little surprising.
The normal error with caps is misreading the value of these small sizes.
It is common to mark caps two different ways leading to confusion. A
24pf could be marked 24 5% on some caps and 240 on other caps.
Similarly, a 240pf cap may be marked 240 5% or 241.
Why do capacitor manufacturers insist on making the markings so awful?
They quite often don't put ANY value on surface mount caps!
