'[OT]: Regulation voltage'

Hello!
Maybe some kind person want to help me
with this problem:
I have two voltages on 13,3 and 12V as I want
to take down to a level on 2,3 and 1V,
accordingly the same difference between them.
The voltages isn`t pre-set without changing
between 13,3 and 12V.
My intention is to with this voltage drive a
levelindicator.
Is there any IC as can do that or it`s possible
on any other way?
Thanking You in advance !
Regards
ÅkeN

More information needed.
What are you trying to do with these voltages?
Why do you need to maintain the same difference or are you effectively
trying to measure the difference?
What is the level indicator telling you?
Are the voltages always 13.3 and 12 (if so its an easy task :-) ) or do they
vary and if so over what range?
How much does the difference vary by.?
Is one always larger than the other or can they swap?
What we really need to know to answer your question well is - "WHAT ARE YOU
TRYING TO DO?"

It seems, I seen some ICs on MAXIM web-site http://www.maxim-ic.com

I think he wants to reduce the voltages but still
keep the 1.3v difference between them? Zener diodes
are not perfect ,ie the zener knee varies greatly
with voltage changes. Maybe two opamps? One op amp?
What sort of level indicator is it?? :o)
