Hi List.
Does anyone know where I might find it?
RS, Farnell, Conrad offer only one side.

Hi,

it's very unlikely to find double sided paper phenolyc PCB laminates are
they are almost not used.
paper phenolyc laminates doesn't plate through good, also the termal
coefficiant of the copper and paper is very different and the plating cracks
while soldering
the only use for such laminates would be to use the second side copper as
shielding or ground plane for some more sentivive consumer applications

Best regards

please give more details, I think I can help you.
Do you mean two side pcb that both are sensitive to UV light?
or I didn't understand you?

Tal, I need raw (non UV sensitive) paper based , double coated to use with
my mechanical etching (mill) machine.
The glass material is too abrasive for the mill bits and they are hard to
find and expensive.

Sounds like it may be easier to change, and chemical etch a
photosensitive double-sided fibreglass board? Better quality too.

Hi Cristian
I also own an engraver, but I don't mill with it, sometime I drill with it.
any reason that you mill and not etch?

I made home made pcb'  very cheap and very accurate. just UV it, etch it and
voila!

It's more convenient for me to work with mechanical etching, especially for
small smd projects.
The alignment is by far more precise.

Any reason you don't mill, too? What's about the alignment between pads and
holes with your method?
Why not mill, drill  and route out without moving the pcb and trying to
align the etched board for drilling?
The alignment of the two sides is more precisely by mechanically etching. I
own a FeCl etching equipment too.

By the way, do you have any idea where to find some 0.25 to 0.5 mm diamond
end-mill bits? (not diamond coated)
