That's more what I was thinking. If they can't take the trouble
to explain or even translate the warning then we are free to
concoct our own.

1. Don't reverse the polarity

2. Do not attempt to tell time using the modulated output
  of this lamp.

3. Do not run from solar power.

4. Do not use at night.

5. For more illumination, place this lamp in a dustbin and
  use 100W lamp as a substitute.

1. Not sure why it's a triangle but I'll but the "don't use with dimmer" answer.

2. Don't use with a timer

3. Don't use with a photocell switch

4. You get ~ the same light out of this 18w bulb as a 100w normal bulb.

You're wicked. You know, I thought number 3 and 4 as well when
I first tried to figure them out. The suggestion of not using light
sensor switches makes sense, but how the hell would Joe Schmuck,
without help from 2000 techies, work out GE's symbol for a sensor
