'[OT]: Au Revoir'
|Well, early tomorrow morning I leave for the United States to tour.
Because I probably be quite busy, I'll be unsubscribing for the PIClist
within the next few hours (by 10PM EST 25MAY01). Reading the PIClist is
one of my favorite things to do. I just wish somehow that it wouldn't
take up as much time as it does. And yes, I know that I can filter the
topics, but honestly, some of the most interesting threads happen in the
weirdest topic tag, so I could never bring myself to filter. I have
learned so much, and been helped by so many people here, I just wish to
thank all of you. One of the neatest things I find is that while reading
other people's posts and ideas, I am often struck by the best ideas.
Coincidence? I think not. Anyway, I plan on trying to do a fair amount
of work while I'm on the road, mainly involving the lighting protocol
DMX512. I may also work in some audio designs, but we'll see how much
time I have. For those of you that wish to keep in touch with me, please
don't email me at this address. While there is a chance I might have
access to this account, it is by no means certain. The best way to get a
hold of me is to email pangea.ca . I hope that if time will allow joshy
it, I will be able to resubscribe at some point during the summer. If
not, then until the fall, have a wonderful summer, and may all your
designs and programming be successful.
Thanks for all the help!
