From here, not much information http://www.iin.ne.jp/~kousyou/hukkatu-bn33.htm but, it looks like it is probably a low voltage and current part. If so then almost any SCR would work that has enough voltage and current rating for the application. The only tricky part is liable to be gate characteristic. Some are more sensitive than others.
