1 ) Interest in serving on a Jury
( ) No way, I will do anything to get out of jury duty.
( ) Okay, I will do it... but only cuz you make me.
( ) It is my duty as a citizen, but I find it a burden
( ) I look forward to serving on jury

2 ) View of jury selection ( voir dire )
( ) The questions asked and the selection process are important
( ) The process is too intrusive
( ) The process is a waste of time
( ) Manipulations by lawyers make the jury a sham.
3 ) View of Jurors
( ) a group of conscientious citizens
( ) people too dumb to get off the jury
( ) People who on average have no intellect and depend on
emotions
( ) People looking to please the judge and the legal system
( ) I hope I never meet them in a dark alley
4 ) Philosophy of guilt vs innocence
( ) I call 'em as I see 'em
( ) Since the defendant is on trial, He/She is probably guilty
( ) It is better to convict some innocent people rather than
let a guilty one get away

innocent slob

Severity of sentence does not matter.

to jail for a long time

Too complex for such a test, if you are after more than statistics to fool
somebody :)
IMO this, like most important subjects, is not a bunch of "this or that"
questions. Most answers are shades of many colors, not only shades of grey.
It's about the right balance...
