To All, Does anyone know how long it takes for a site to be added to the roster of the PIC MicroWebRing? I tried to join about a week and a half ago, but have not heard anything from anyone about it in all that time. I was just wondering if this is unusual or is it SOP? Seems to me thats a little long, but then again I don't know. It took ~3 months for my http://www.devrs.com site to be added to the PIC web ring. James Newton had a long experience as well waiting for piclist.com to be added to the ring. :-\ Jeff

I was added two days after I sent an email to the webring management complaining of the long wait. I don't think the gent who set it up is even running it anymore. He has never answered personal emails or email via the webring. Although the addition of my site to the webring was announced by an email from .....m.dileoKILLspam.....bigfoot.com, careful examination of the headers shows that the email actually came from the webring outfit. I would guess that they are filling in to keep the webring alive.
