If anyone else is/was looking for the MB version, I was misreading the
numbers it was actually P2L97-DS not 05 as I had thought.

Google works when you give it the right info to crawl for:-/

sorry for anyone that went looking.

Subject: [OT:] server Mobo version?

G'day everyone,
I have happened upon two dual P2 systems without HDD, FDD or CD in them.

I am looking at using these to just have a play with and try a couple of
server OS's out on.

The problem is, the only marking I can find on the MB is "P2L97-05". when I
search google all I get(1 hit!) is a download for the bios, which points to
a directory with an ASUS tag on it.

I tried the ASUS search and got notta.

Does anybody know somewhere I may be able to find a little info on these
mobo's?

TIA

JJ
