I just received an e-mail that the 100,000 mark has been met.  It will
be available for down load after Aug 1.

It appears that you have to maintain an internet connection while using
it.  I may be paranoid but I do not think I will be using it for  any
drawings that I want to keep confidential.

They did backtrack a bit judging by the complaints in the user forum.
The version that is supposed to appear Aug 1 will in fact will allow
shells and surfaces to be created.  For $49.95 you can get rid of the
google ads.  I'm a user of SolidWorks 2005, XPress has many of the
features of SW2005 (my guess is probably 90% or so.)  That to me is a
bargain.  Certainly leaps and bounds above AutoCAD LT.

Regards,
Bob

Well, apparently earlier today I won "250.000:00 (Two Hundred And Fifty
Thousand Euros Only)" from the Spainish Lottery Board. They say all I have
to do now is send them a whole lot of personal details and stuff...but
wait...I'm too lazy for that, seeing as how I was to lazy to even enter any
lottery!

No, but I'm quite happy to be your best friend/crawler/toady
for an ICE4000. Which you can afford on just the interest. Mate
