There surely must be simpler methods for problems like this.

Simply pump sleeping gas into the building (mixed with laughing gas)

then drag out happy sleepers!

That's what they tried last time.

Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent overdosing, then you end up with corpses.

In the movies, this stuff works great. In real life, you need an anasthesiologist and constant attention, for each sleeper.
