Seems like somebody otta have a CGI or mail processor we can just
forward SPAM (with headers) to to automatically send stuff to the
appropriate abuse@ addresses. Does it exist?

There is at least one such: <http://www.spamcop.net> .  He has both a free version
as well as a 'pay as you go' version where he charges US $0.50 per megabyte
of mail processed.  For me, US $12.50 bought me 25 megs of spam processing
as well as a safe email address that I now use when filling out forms that
require an email address.  That, in turn, makes it easy to whack the idiots
who use those forms to feed spammers instead of their stated purpose for
asking me for my email address.

I also recommend spamcop. It has served me well, except for the
aforementioned increase in spam on the email accounts that I report the spam
via. The spamcop home page admits that problem and offers suggestions to
avoid it.
