Texas have just released a new series of MSP430's which now contain FRAM.

I don't have any part numbers, just their weekly newletter - the sales blurb is excited over the following items..

featuring unified memory with dynamic partitioning and memory access speeds 100 times faster than Flash.

Less than 100uA/MHz
100 trillion write cycles (did they count every one, I wonder?)

Interestingly, there are customers who specifies FRAM to be used
in our applications (industrial automation). On the other hand,
the TI MSP430 is not for our application though -- way too slow
and we do not need that kind of low power feature.
