I'd prefer leaded version, but an SMT version will be OK.

None of the normal sources (Digikey, jameco, Mouser) have this frequency
in stock.

AVX/Kyocera PBRC14.74HR70X000? (SMT, almost 4K in stock at Mouser, a bit $)

There is not much point in specifying a +/-0.7% tolerance part to more than
4 digits.

Thanks, Spehro.

Sometimes I have a lot of trouble finding stuff at Mouser.
