Hi Guys, I have this smd transistor on a board and would like to know what it is but can't find any info. It is a soic 8 package with the numbers 9435 & 1120 on it. Searching with either number gave me no feasible info or datasheet. Do these numbers ring a bell to anyone? Best Regards Lui

Hi Alan, It is that transistor, but i couldn't find it on the IR website as per usual. That website is one of the most annoying sites i know of, can't find their own part number, just amazing. I did find the one done by Fairchild. Thanks for the help.
