Hi Guys

Would anyone be able to help with a datasheet for this part - or maybe
know what it is and what the pinouts are? I have searched google and NTE
but come up empty handed.

Thanks

John

What I have found out is that it was made by Temic who later changed
name to Amtel - but their web site has no reference to this part.

Regards

John

Temic became part of Telefunken, which I think is part of Vishay.

IIRC, Atmel acquired Temic's 8051 processor "technology", but as Alan
says, other portions of the company may have gone elsewhere...
