Good day to all.

I am suddenly in need of several ML2036 (Micro Linear or Fairchild)

Does anyone have any of these available?

Many thansk!

Oh, and it also looks like several of the aftermarket distributors have
them available, although you might not like the minimum orders...

Do you need the ML2036 specifically or are you just looking for a way to
generate sine waves?

If it's the latter, I suspect there are several of us on the list which
might be able to help point you in the right direction...

I'll take up to 100 pcs if the price is right.  But
<http://www.findchips.com> doesn't show anybody who has any in stock and
neither did a Google search.

Can you point me in the direction of those distributors who might
have it available?

Many thanks!

Its to go onto an existing board.  The annual volume on this product
is quite low (I think we've sold something like 6 units over the past
18 months or so) and I'm not sure if its worth the effort to redesign
from scratch.

The reason this has come up is that the customer has just ordered 12
units and we have only a few (3 or 4) of the ML2036 chips in stock.

I have used http://www.o2xygen.com/search.aspx to obtain a few parts in
the past (long lead time parts in particular).  They have several
sources available.

Several other surplus brokers show them available as well:

Nasco Sales claims to have 1649 pieces in stock. I've never dealt with
them-- maybe you can report back on the transaction if you have success
(or not). They probably have minimums on line item/total order.
