For instance, the sync code in the most normal form of bar codes code as 666 if you use the same rules for them as for all the other characters :-). It always pays to keep an eye on the implication of any new technology in any area but (IMHO of course) that's a very narrowly focused view. Any one technology in isolation is unlikely to start to meet the requirements to be considered as TMOTB by itself. I think that (IMHO again) if TMOTB is to be taken literally then it is an all encompassing philosophy of life and not only a physical mark. RM
