Given the claimed 70% efficiency the processor must be
running at at around 1200 C if they are getting close to
Carnot efficiency and preferably 'somewhat more'. That's one
hot processor they have there. Presumably it's using a SiC
process to avoid the need for mastering liquid phase or
magic vapour phase with particulates computing.

Apart from the efficiency claim it is a viable idea but most
unlikely to be a useful or economic one.
