Not well enough though. This advice on a NatSemi site*:
WebSIM requires the Microsoft Virtual Machine to run on the Microsoft
Internet Explorer browser.
If you are running the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser with the
Sun Java Virtual Machine, you can run WebSIM by temporarily disabling
the Sun JVM which allows the Microsoft VM to run:
1. Go to the Tools menu and check Internet Options...
2. Check the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down and look for Java (Sun). Uncheck the box next to this
to temporarily disable the Sun JVM.
You can go back later and turn it on if desired.

I've repeatedly scolded web site designers for this. Either they don't
believe that it's not Java and it's not secure (that is in its best
possible state) or they don't care. Most engineers on BIG customers
won't use it (Intel for example runs linux). I suppose this is a
symptom of people being incredulously lazy. It worked fine under
firefox a few weeks before I guess they added a 'feature' that require
MS's stuff. This goes along with those pages that have JSP extensions
that will only allow you to view one page from the web site at a time
(ARGH!) At least Yahoo works!
