'[EE]:NZ FET supplier'

I'm looking for other sources of power FETs in NZ. I've got
BUK7518/55 from Active Components (Philips agents) but
want to do some comparative shopping for tube lots. Have a
few of the majors (Avnet, Arrow, etc) to contact, wonder if
there's an out-of-the-way place that I could try (or even just to
be reminded of a few suppliers' names)

TIA

You could try wes, altronics and jaycar, in Aust,
all will cut deals on large quantities. Farnell?
Many surplus places around (search the net) have
large quantities of semis. Maybe have to juggle
specs a bit but can get some good deals.
