Does anyone have a source for single-rail (ie does
not need -ve power rail) dual opamp with high precision?
To run from 5v supply only with inputs between 0v and
250mV. Pref <10mV input error.

Take a look at the TLC 2274 family. I use it and it is a nice part.
Might be ok for you.

Roman,

Here are a few from National Semiconductor that I've used:

LMC6062 CMOS micropower, Vos < 1mV, low-frequency
LMC6482 CMOS RRIO, Vos < 10mV, 1MHz bandwidth
LM6132 bipolar RRIO, Vos <10mV, 10 MHz bandwidth

I'll use AD8552 in my project. Superb op-amp: Single supply, rail to rail
input and output, precission instrumentation amplifier with "autozero". A
little hard to find here in Spain, though.

You might look at Microchip MCP6042
http://www.microchip.com/1010/pline/analog/anicateg/linear/linercat/opamps/devices/mcp6042/

or the MCP617
Got a few samples from a field rep but haven't had a chance to try them
out. They have a single and quad version too, available in dip, soic.
