That's not a bad idea y'know. I remember some years ago
some artist was planning to make an LCD-style 00:00 clock
about 100m tall, sort of like Big Ben but built like an office
block, and plonk it outside a Spanish (?) village. A step up
from The Great Christo perhaps, at least it would have "done"
something

Great idea! But why not just have a lightweight arm
spinning with all the leds on it? That way you
could go faster than 7rps and get past the human eye
flicker freq. Would need some BRIGHT leds though...
