Can someone let me know a valid substitute for the 2n2222 transistor in
this circuit ?  www.piclist.com/techref/microchip/picboard.htm
I have some mps2222a, mps3904, and 2n4401 transistors.

All of these should work.. I'd use the 3904, the 4401s are better RF
transistors.
