Which 320 are you using? I don't know of a simulator for this family,
but I know of a silicon bug in the TMS320F241 CAN controller module that
can cause the Acceptance Mask Enable (AME) bit to reset when receiving
packets. When we found this, we believed the fault was our code and spent
a few weeks trying to debug. TI Manuals are very poor and the technical
support we received was diabolical. In fact, TI's attitude to us was so
poor I have since sworn never to design a product around a 320 again.
I'm usually _very_ forgiving, but not this time.
