Hi,

<sorry if you have already seen this, I had some problem with the nomenclature
of the subject line ;-) >

I know that Ramtron have been around for some time now but I have yet to use
their devices. Does anyone have experience of Ramtron's ferro electric memory
technology ? I'm thinking particulary of high duty usage of the devices as they
have limited read (as well as write) cycles - 1x10^10 cycles, I
believe.....Also, any comments about their "soft error" failures near the end of
their endurance?
