Part number & manufacturer versus size and organisation table for a range of
memories.
Good for finding what an otherwise obscure RAM is (which is what I was
trying to do)

Not after looking at the Bimex page.
The IC was a M2V64S40DTP in a Visiontek video card using the Riva TNT2
chipset. I wanted to know how much RAM it had to try to work out which of
too many drivers was the correct one.
They are 4M x 16 bit RAMs or 8MByte each for a total of 32 MB.
Given them my thanks for a useful page.
The card will display to about 2048 x 1500. The monitor, of course,  won't
:-(.
