MOSFETs:
N channel: 2N7000 and 2N7002 (TO92 and SOT23 versions of the same transistor)
P channel: BSS84 (cheap jellybean SOT23 Pch mosfet)
And BJTs:
NPN: BC547 or BC548
PNP: BC557 or BC558

Bunny died a slow and painful death on the altar of non-fixed-length
fonts on my end. Not too many people reading e-mail in a client where
bunny looks like he wasn't put through the bunny-scrambler these days.

Hm, looks fine here. I'm not sure if I changed Thunderbird's display font to
Courier or if Courier was the default though...

It's not that. Make sure all three lines contain only spaces (no tabs) between
the text and the bunny. The middle line is indented about one tab worth. This
suggests that you aligned it with tabs which were turned later into spaces.
I wrote before that you need to fix this if you want both halves of bunny to
reach world domination at the same time ;-)
