Hi to all

Can anyone suggest a diode for rectifying @100Khz?
I mean a common part that you can find anywhere, not a special one.

If you don't have any destructive spikes, you could start to play with
the ubiquitous 1N4148, 1N914..ETC. Be carefull with surge currente.

Just about any diode can handle frequency components to 100KHz.  The
important issues are the current and reverse voltage.

Both those are so low that again just about any diode can do this.  I would
use a 1N4148 for such small signal applications because I keep them in
stock.  There is probably a tighter fit if this is a high volume product.

I like the BAV99, they are everywhere (multiple sources), small, dual,
fast (6ns), low capacitance (1.5pF) and cheap. 100V PIV/150mA average,
will take 1A for 1s surge and 4.5A for 1us (25'C, derate for Ta).
