'[EE]: Datasheet of OPTREX LCD module wanted...'

Hi All,

I have a LCD module produced by Optrex Japan. I was told it may work in
graphic mode or in 4x64 mode. On the PCB there is etched:
PWB612C-V0
OPREX
JAPAN
There is also stamped "8692RI"
The whole beast contains seven HD61100A chips.
Could someone please help me to identify that module and find the
appropriate datasheet?
The datasheet of HD61100A would be also appreciated.

I don't have spec's on the HD61100A but I do have some applications
information for a display that uses it.

See  http://www.idcomm.com/personal/ottosen/

Under the heading "Display large characters on a graphic LCD" are 2
items of interest.

The first is the SX program I wrote. Click on "BigLCD program as written
to display fixed messages". It has a block diagram of a display that
uses the HD61100A. The program should help you understand how the
HD61100A in the display works.

Also you may want to look at "data sheets and my schematic" for data on
graphic modules that use the HD61100A.
