       Dear sirs,

I'm looking for a DTMF decoder that uses the I2C protocol. Preferably DIP. Any suggestions? What about some I2C RAM (not EEPROM)???????

Philips do (did?) a 256 byte I2C RAM. You probably won't find anything
bigger. Some RTCs also have RAM.
I have a vague recollection that Philips also do some I2C DTMF chips.
