Thanks very much for the quick response.
I read in the document published by CompactFlash Association <http://www.compactflash.org/>.
Inside specification version 2.1, it mentioned that there exist a connector that arrange the pins in 4 row of hole. Please refer to attachment.

I hadn't seen a through-hole one before. I wonder if Digikey or Mouser
