My client needs 25-100 pcs, assembly house to
purchase components as well.

PIClist just went thru this, but I lost my PIClist archives.
Anybody happy with anybody? I remember somebody
in GA mentioning a house southeast of Atlanta, for example.

Try : http://www.inservco.com/
They are in Northern Ohio, and do both small and long run including much
for medical, like boards for MRI's.

and also from Ohio is

<http://www.qualtechinc.com/>

smaller than inservco (inservco is probably 15 minutes from my office),
but QualTech seems to be competitive in price and sound like they know
what they are doing. They do have DI washing incorporated in their line
if that is of interest to you, and do conformal coating in house. Still
working on getting approval to use them as a local supplier for a small
box-build of 25 pieces, so they definitely will do small volume (I
assume it will depend if they think it will lead to repeat business,
too!)

Hi Bob,

I use these guys regularly for my low-medium volume production needs
as well as prototypes. They are fast and reasonably priced and their
quality is very good. They are local for me (Kansas City area) and
centrally located in the U.S.

If you talk to them, tell them I sent you. I'm good friends with the
owner (but I'd still do business with them if that were not the
case).
