It's a Siemens fet with the following marking: $ d5 S S 100 Where "$" is the siemens logo. Its in a TO-92 style plastic package (2N3904 look-alike.) "d" in the first line is in lower case and the two "S"es on the second line have a injection molding round mark between them which is why they are so far apart. Anyone knows what this FET is?
