'[AD] Pactec Style plastic enclosures'

Hello piclisters,

On a recent project I needed a  ton of plastic enclosures similar to the
PACTEC box shown here

http://www.pactecenclosures.com/Plastic-Enclosures/CNS-0404-pricing.html

Due to the pricing from pactec and their lead time, I ended up getting a
tooling done locally and had them molded in house now I have an excess
quantity

The color is black and I can offer these at $ 0.98 per piece. quantities
greater than 200 can be priced at $ 0.95 per piece plus shipping.

The dimensions are identical to the PACTEC enclosures.

Thanks
Mike

That page only shows a picture and no hard data I can see.

Sorry, here's the link to the drawing.

Pactec's web site is a bit screwy.  If you click on "Back to Product" in
the lower right of the pricing page, it will take you back to a page
where you can download the mechanical drawing as a PDF ("Downolad PDF").
They also offer the drawing as a graphic image loaded with a Java
script.  That is through "View Drawing".

Mike,

So you guys have a molding press in-house? Wow! I'm jealous. :)

Is the tooling adjustable, like PacTec's? In other words, can you make CNL
instead of CNS? Where are you located?

Hi Vitaliy,

Not exactly in house but we work closely with an automotive molder who has a
couple of machines that get used infrequently.

Sorry cannot do the CNL's this was a quick single cavity tooling just to get
us through a logistical nightmare with PACTEC, if you have a big quantity
requirement though I can work something out :-)

If you have a CNC workshop that would be COOL!
