If you are using DOS (or FreeDOS, available at http://www.freedos.org)
or Windows I'd suggest the old good Easytrax (you can find it eg. at:
ftp://sunsite.icm.edu.pl/pub/simtelnet/msdos/cad/easyt206.zip ).
If you are using any Unix (or Linux) I'd suggest the "pcb", developed
originally by Thomas Nau and then by Harry Eaton
( http://bach.ece.jhu.edu/~haceaton/pcb/ ).
