Yes. Look for "fixed voltage reference", "VP6EN", "VR" (as in voltage
reference, parameters VR01...VR04 -- mostly "TBD" :).

E.g. the 16F690 has such a 600mV reference. Works with comparators and can
be selected as ADC input.
