Cringe...

I'm sure this topic has been done to death, so apologies.
Can anyone suggest (preferably with URLs) a simple,
cheap (freeware/shareware?) bit of PCB design software. It only needs
to be capable of handling a few tens of pads - just so's
I can print from Windows.

Any ideas?
