They only need to figure that out if they're BOTH On-The-Go
devices; if you know that your PDA will always have a USB host
port, your box just needs a standard USB device controller.
Similarly, if you know that the PDA will always have a USB device
port, you'll need a host-capable chip in your box (the EZ-OTG
chip will work fine), but you won't have to do any of the OTG
negotiation.
