Hello all, on my recent trip to Europe I recorded some video to my
laptop from TV. The video format in the area I was in was PAL at 25fps.
I'd now like to take this video (it's in MPG2 format) and convert it to
NTSC at 30fps (so I can burn it to DVD that will play in NTSC format DVD
players). I know this is possible, I just haven't figured out how to do
it! :)
I've had a look at the usual candidates (i.e. Studio) but they don't
seem to offer any sort of trans coding.
