A surprisingly good book on the detailed aspects of RF circuit design is RF Circuit Design Chris Bowick SAMS First Edition 1982 ISBN 0-672-21868-2 Lib of Congress cat# 81-85517 170 pages A4 (quarto?) $US22.95 original price. Aimed at those who require "a practical approach to design of RF amplifiers, impedance matching networks and filters:" I have largely NOT been impresed by SAMS publications technical level over the years but I consider this book one of the best that I have seen on this subject subject to the limitations and target audience etc. Well worth looking up.
