Why all that trouble for HF?
Isn't your ambient noise (atmosphereic, man-made, etc)
going to swamp your preamp nose by a good margin?
(Maybe this isn't for use in free-space, eh?)
BTW - if you have to 'fix the matching' - that will,
in most designs, also affect the 'noise'. There is
something called 'best noise match' and it doesn't
always follow the best 'match' or gain point ...
